Auto-Pay

By enrolling in Vital Landscapes' Auto-Pay service, you authorize us to automatically charge your provided payment information on either the 1st or 15th day of each month, depending on your chosen billing cycle. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your enrollment in the Auto-Pay service.

You may choose between two billing cycles: the 1st of the month or the 15th of the month. Please select the preferred billing cycle that best suits your needs during the enrollment process. You can change your billing cycle preference by contacting our customer support.

Vital Landscapes takes your privacy and the security of your payment information seriously. We will keep all your payment information private and secure, in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Your financial details will only be used for the purpose of processing payments related to your Vital Landscapes services.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains accurate and up-to-date. If your payment information changes, please promptly update it through our secure online portal or by contacting our customer support team.

You have the right to cancel your enrollment in the Auto-Pay service at any time. To cancel, please email us directly at VitalLandscapeCo@gmail.com. Cancellation requests received at least five (5) business days before the next billing date will take effect for the upcoming billing cycle.

By enrolling in Vital Landscapes' Auto-Pay service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to you in advance.
