2. [RECOMMENDED] Bi-Monthly Maintenance (2 Times a Month):
   With our bi-monthly maintenance package, your property receives maintenance every two weeks. This frequent service ensures that your yard remains in top condition throughout the month, including all the services listed above.
3. Weekly Maintenance (4 Times a Month):
   For the ultimate in lawn and landscape care, our weekly maintenance package delivers services four times a month. You can expect a pristine and well-maintained outdoor space with every visit.

Additional Details:

New or Returning Customers: New or returning customers may be required to schedule and pay for one comprehensive clean-up service before commencing their chosen monthly maintenance package. This initial clean-up ensures your outdoor space starts from a clean slate, and subsequent monthly maintenance keeps it looking its best.

Please note that special projects and additional/emergency services or repairs requested by property owners or agents, which require additional labor or are not included in the contract, are not covered by these monthly maintenance packages.
